Our rooftop garden container is designed to keep the container from drying up, with a decent size, light weight cedar wood, along with built in closed reservoir automatic watering system to keep the soil from drying up and an overflow mechanism to prevent the over saturation of water in the planter, thus preventing root rot. There is also a built in filter to support your soil mixture and to keep the reservoir water free of dirt. The filter also serves as a moisture mat to evenly wet your soil. Our self made water system will only require minimum watering rather than several times a day, saving the amount of water energy you produce.
