Is your water tight wine barrels products are 100% non leaking?

We keep our water tight used wine barrels products indoor room with high humidity, the products are rehydrated once a month to keep the oak wood tight together, however during the shipping, the staves may be dry up a little, as soon as you receive the products, you should immediately soak them in cold water or filled them partially with water for a day, a whole barrel should go through the same procedure on both heads, up and down sides of the barrel.

There are instances when a small number of barrels may leak due to the small holes or cracks not easily detected even by us (we try to check all barrels as much time as we can spend, but there will be some spot that we will miss), you should use the silicon gel to seal the leak.

Once the barrel is in use, you should keep the barrel as least partially filled with water at all time to prevent from leaking.
