Are your water tight wine barrel products 100% non-leaking?

We keep our water tight used wine barrel products indoors with high humidity and the products are re-hydrated once a month to keep the oak wood in tight condition, however take note that during shipping, the staves may be dry up a little, so as soon as you receive the products, you should immediately soak them in cold water or fill them partially with water for a day. A whole barrel should go through the same procedure on both heads and up and down the sides of the barrel.

There are instances when a small number of barrels may leak due to the small holes or cracks not easily detected even by us, you should use silicon gel to seal any leaks.

Once the barrel is in use, you should keep the barrel at least partially filled with water at all times to prevent leaking.
